This collection of sites showcase some of our wide array of rural housing projects. Whilst not without challenge, we enjoy working on these sites as they are genuinely helpful to rural communities with little in the way of available affordable housing, especially for the younger generation. We work closely with housing associations or community land trusts to help guide them through the process of obtaining planning and then proceeding to site. These projects often take years of work to reach fruition but typically engender broad local support and deliver a tangible benefit to the communities they serve. A number have gone on to receive awards.
