This mews development for award winning developer Elberry has brought life back to a tired former restaurant building and its curtilage. Using the sensitive approach that has seen MHA win several Sussex Heritage Awards over the past few years, we designed a scheme to convert the locally listed former restaurant, to accommodation for the Chichester Festival Theatre.
A small mews of private homes have been carefully crafted to the rear making use of natural light and avoiding overlooking. Working with long time collaborators Elberry and Construct 10, we have delivered a stunning and sensitive development on a constrained site in the heart of Chichester.
