Three storey shop and bank. This Grade II* listed former youth centre was unloved and in disrepair when we were appointed to refurbish and extend it. Working with the client and end users Jack Wills, we developed a design that brought this prominent building back into use. We split the building into two elements, one retail space and one office. The extension included a large roof lantern.
