This contemporary housing scheme for an infill site in the heart of the South Downs National Park, won praise at the SDNP design review panel. Working with developer King & Drury we shaped a scheme to gain approval from the planners, conservation officer and SDNP Design Panel.
Sited on a former ambulance station with both historic and mid 20th Century buildings adjacent, the style of these homes needed to be sensitively designed.
Following a successful planning process we worked to develop the construction information and coordinated he site stages with the developer King & Drury.
Following completion we were delighted that this project won the inaugural South Downs Design Award at the Sussex Heritage Trust 2021.
