After winning a Homes England bid, in partnership with Drew Smith Limited, a planning application was submitted at the end of 2019. Construction is progressing well on site and on target for completion in 2022. The scheme comprises a total of 94 high quality new dwellings on a brownfield site on the edge of Havant Town Centre. A mixture of dwelling types including detached, semi-detached and short terraced houses, plus two blocks of flats, are arranged around spacious gardens and considered street layouts.
